Privacy Policy
The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we don't sell it. The longer version is below.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we get what you type into it: your name, email, company, the kind of project you have in mind, a budget range, and whatever you tell us in the message. If you email us directly, we get your email and whatever's in it.
Like any website, our host also records standard technical details of a visit, such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you opened. That data is routine and isn't tied to your name.
How we use it
To reply, understand your project, and scope the work. That's it. No advertising profiles, no marketing you didn't ask for.
Who else touches it
Our contact form runs through Formspree. It passes your submission to us and handles it under its own privacy terms. Our email lives with a standard email provider. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries as long as there's a reason to — active work or follow-up. Ask us to delete yours and we do.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we have, correct it, or have it removed. California residents have these rights under state law, and we honor them for everyone.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Nothing here is retroactive.
