It's a place to see the work and start a conversation. Nothing here is a contract or a quote, and nothing on it guarantees a result. A real engagement starts when we agree to one in writing.

No warranties

We keep the site current and working, but we offer it as-is. We don't warrant that it's error-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose.

Where it points

We link out to our other studios and the occasional outside site. We don't control those, and we're not responsible for what's on them.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Boring Stories isn't liable for damages that come from using, or not being able to use, this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top moves. Keep using the site and you're agreeing to the current version.
